How to make payment to Association?

You can make payments by following methods.

Preferred Option

1. By CUB Payment Gateway
2. By ICICI Virtual Bank account number

Other Option

1. By ICICI Actual Bank account number
2. Using UPI id
3. Using QR Code
4. Using Cheques

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. We request to pay By CUB Payment Gateway or By ICICI Virtual Bank account number.
2. This helps us to reconcile the payments using the flat numbers and realize the funds faster. It will help to issue the receipts quickly.
3. If you are using normal bank account number and transfer by NEFT or RTGS, Please mention your flat number to enable us match your payment, failing which payment will remain in suspense account.
4. In the remarks field, enter your flat number first and then enter first 4-6 characters of owner name. For example, Mahesh living in flat 1020 may enter, “1020MAHESH”
5. You need to pay each item separately to the respective bank accounts.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PAY BY THE DUE DATE. A LATE PAYMENT CHARGE OF Rs. 50/- PER DAY IS APPLICABLE FOR EVERY DAY OF DELAY AS MANADATED BY THE BYE LAWS.
