City Union Bank (CUB) Collection Gateway

The Payment Gateway has the payment linked to your flat number which makes it is easy to reconcile the payments received with right flat number by the accounts department automatically. Hence we recommend this method of online payment.

How to make the payment using CUB collection Gateway?

1. Use this URL https://cityunionbank.biz:8085/flat587/index.php
2. Enter your 4 digit flat number and your registered mobile number (used in Apna Complex) as password. Please check if the next screen displays your Name and Flat number in the left hand side top corner correctly.
3. Select all the items that you want to pay. Check the total below.
4. Enter the Email Id and mobile number and click “Pay Now”
5. Please choose your method of payment and follow the Razor payment onscreen instructions to complete your payments.
6. Please note the payment reference number. It would be useful in case you have any issues with the payment.
7. PDF receipt will be generated when the payment is successful. Keep it for your records
8. Please be informed that credits take 2 days and hence allow 3 days for the dues in Apna Complex to be cleared after payment.

Is this CUB collection method FREE?

UPI and Rupay card payments come free without any additional charge. Netbanking, Credit and Debit card options also available. Transactions charges as per RBI guidelines will be added to the due amount.

What are the benefits of using the CUB Collection Gateway?
You can make a single payment for all your dues in one shot. NO NEED TO MAKE TWO SEPERATE PAYMENTS.

My password is not working. what should I do?
Those who haven’t registered their mobile number may use the word “PASSWORD”. Incase you are not sure of which mobile number you have registered or need a specific password to be set. please sent a request email to greensvillehdp@gmail.com

My bank account is debited whereas my payment is not updated in the website. What should I do?

Ideally wait for 48 hours from the time to the transaction. If you still find your transaction not updated. You may contact feepayment@cityunionbank.in mentioning the date of transaction along with Flat No, Transaction Ref.No and the Transaction Amount debited from your account.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PAY BY THE DUE DATE. A LATE PAYMENT CHARGE OF Rs. 50/- PER DAY IS APPLICABLE FOR EVERY DAY OF DELAY AS MANADATED BY THE BYE LAWS.
