Complete the Move-In process at FM office. You can get all details of Move-In at our Standard Operating Procedure section (Move In & Out).
After the Move-In is completed you have
- Resident ID Cards
- Vehicle Stickers
- Your and other flat members data registered in Apnacomplex Database
- Email IDs registered are automatically part of Apnacomplex email group.
- You can post email to all residents on the email to
- Your Vehicle data is registered on Apna complex Parking database.
Like all residential societies Greensville also is governed by a set of guidelines. It is mandatory that all residents are aware of these rules.

GOWA Staff who interface with the residents work out of FM office located at ground floor of A block.
TANGEDCO is the electricity supply agency in Chennai. Electricity Bills are generated and normally dropped by TANGEDCO at each individual letter boxes. TANGEDCO bills can be paid at TANGEDCO offices (check TANGEDCO web site), Bangalore One centers.
For online payment of TANGEDCO bills please visit <link here> and register your connection using the RR number. Once registered bills can be viewed and paid using credit/debit/net-banking. There are various other options of online payment.
Please Note : Along with the bill TANGEDCO also sometimes charges the ASD (Additional Security Deposit). ASD also can be paid online in the same site as mentioned above.
Non-Payment of TANGEDCO bills and ASD leads to disconnection of electricity by TANGEDCO. GOWA staff and GOWA members cannot help in such a case. The resident has to pay the bills and ASD and then request for TANGEDCO for re-connection. GOWA staff / Helpdesk doesn’t have any knowledge or say in such disconnections.

Gas Connection – Gas connection is provided by Agni
There are two TV connections available at Greensville.
Airtel
TataSky
Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) for Tata Sky & Airtel has already been installed in Greensville on the terrace.
Contact the TATA SKY & Airtel customer care for installation & support. No other DTH services are allowed in the campus.
The resident needs to have his/her set top box and connection is provided by the vendor. Residents do not need individual dish.
Note: GOWA does not allow individual dish for any residents.
