1 How do I pay for the charges?
Ans: Payments can be made by cheque and bank transfer as per details below: 1. Online Transfer ( NEFT/IMPS) Account Name : Greensville Flat Owners Welfare Association ICICI Bank – Sholinganallur Branch IFSC Code : ICIC0000519 A/c No. : 051901002053 A/c Type : Savings PLEASE ENSURE YOU WRITE YOUR FLAT NUMBER IN THE ONLINE TRANSFER REMARKS Receipt will be issued after confirming that the amount has reached GOWA bank account. This may take a few days.
2. Cheque Payment: : Please handover the cheque favouring “Greensville Flat Owners Welfare Association” to facility manager. Write your flat number and your contact number in the reverse of the cheque. ** Receipt will be issued on realization of the cheque. This may take a few days.

2 I want to cancel the booking and claim refund.
Ans: Please write to finance.gowa@gmail.com informing the cancellation and requesting refund. Refund will be processed after checking the cancellation and payments. This is expected to take few days.
3 I didn’t use the facility even though I booked and paid. Can I get a refund?
Ans: No. You need to inform in advance the cancellation to claim a refund. No refunds will be provided for No Show.
4 Is Breakfast provided? Is there a restaurant or food supply?
Ans: No Food service is available in the guest rooms or club house. You need to find a place to eat close by yourselves or order for a food delivery.
5 Can we use the club house – Gym and Swimming Pool?
Ans: Yes, you are allowed to use the facilities while you stay subject to the community rules.
6 Is there an emergency contact?
Ans: Please use ask for the Helpdesk and Security contact details while you check in.
7 What is included in the rental paid for?
Ans: Only Room rent is covered. Towels and Soap are provided in addition to the Bedding.
